Safbrew T-58 is a specialty yeast that provides flavors both peppery and spicy. Great for bottle conditioning because it forms into a thick sediment after fermentation. Has a medium attenuation so use it in beers when you want a bit of sweetness left over. The yeast is recommended for Belgian Ales and Wheat Beers. 

Beer Styles: Belgian Strong, Belgian Dopplebock, Belgian Triple, Saison, Weizen Bier. 

Fermentation temp : 54-77 F / [59-68] F ideally

Attenuation : 65% - 70%

Flocculation : Low (leaves a powdery haze)
