Strisselspalt Hops are from the Alsace Area Of France Near Strasbourg. Has a very low AA so it works best for Aroma additions. Has a very spicy, herbal, floral and lemon type aromas. Can be used as a Substitution for Crystal, Liberty and Mt Hood.

Beta Acid 3.0 - 6.0%
