Azacca Hops

Azacca is the name of the Haitian God of agriculture and is the name of this exciting new dual purpose dwarf hop. Characteristics of this hop include tropical notes such as pineapple, mango, and tangerine. It does have a slight earthy profile as well that adds 'spicy' to its list of traits. This hop is extremely versatile but tends to be utilized mostly in IPA's, Pale Ales, Barley Wine, and Belgian Style Ales.

Alpha Acids: 12% - 16%

Beta Acids: 4% - 5.5%

Cohumulone: 38% - 45%
