Picture this: a sunny day, a cool breeze, and a glass of Simply Citra American Pale Ale in your hand. With a generous late addition of citrus-centered hops, this beer bursts with vibrant flavors that will awaken your senses. The Citra hops take center stage, infusing the brew with a delightful citrusy aroma and a zesty punch that will make your taste buds dance with joy.

But let's not forget about the other players in this flavor symphony. The carefully selected malt bill includes 6 lbs. of Light Dry Malt Extract, which provides a solid foundation for the beer, ensuring a smooth and balanced body. To add a touch of complexity, we've included 1 lb. of Caramel Malt (60L), 8 oz. of Biscuit Malt, and 2 oz. of Chocolate Barley. These malts contribute subtle hints of sweetness, biscuit-like flavors, and a touch of roasted goodness, enhancing the overall character of the brew.

To achieve the perfect harmony, we've added a carefully measured blend of hops. The 1 oz. of Magnum hops provides a clean bitterness, setting the stage for the star of the show, the Citra hops. With 2 oz. of Cascade hops and 2 oz. of Citra hops, this beer boasts a pronounced hop profile that will make hopheads rejoice. The combination of these hops creates a symphony of citrus flavors, with notes of grapefruit, orange, and tropical fruits, all perfectly balanced against the malt backbone.
