This beer kit is crafted with five pounds of wheat dry malt extract, eight ounces of white wheat malt, eight ounces of caramel 60L, eight ounces of Munich malt, eight ounces of Carapils malt, eight ounces of honey malt, one ounce of Hallertau hops, one ounce of Czech Saaz hops, one ounce of Cascade hops, and one ounce of sweet orange peel. To ensure a balanced and delicious beer, this kit also includes a yeast energizer/Irish moss combo packet and one packet of dry yeast (SafAle WB-06). The end result is a flavorful and refreshing wheat beer with a distinct sweet orange flavor. The wheat malt and honey malt provide a smooth and sweet malt character while the hops add just the right amount of bitterness to balance out the sweetness. - 8 oz. White Wheat Malt
- 8 oz. Caramel 60L
- 8 oz. Munich Malt

- 8 oz. Honey Malt

- 1 oz. Czech Saaz Hops

Spice Pack:
- 1 oz Sweet Orange Peel

Hop Schedule
- 60 minutes: 1 oz. Hallertau (Bittering)
- 15 minutes: 1 oz. Czech Saaz (Flavor)
- 5 minutes: 1 oz. Cascade (Aroma)
Instructions
2. Add specialty grains into muslin grain bag and steep in water for 30 minutes.
3. After 30 minutes remove grain bag and discard.
4. Stir in dry malt extract until fully dissolved. Once dissolved, bring wort up to a rolling boil.
5. Boil for 60 minutes, adding the hops according to the hop schedule.
6. Add the Yeast Energizer / Irish Moss Combo with 15 minutes left in the boil.
7. Add Sweet Orange Peel with 5 minutes left in boil.
8. Cool the wort to 70°F and transfer to a sanitized fermenter.
9. Add cold water to bring the volume to 5 gallons.
10. Pitch the yeast and seal the fermenter.
12. Ferment at 68-70°F for 10-14 days.
13. Transfer to a bottling bucket and stir in 5 oz. priming sugar. Mix until evenly distributed and bottle your beer.
14. Once bottled, allow 2 weeks for carbonation in a cool, dark room. Enjoy!
