American ale yeast producing well balanced beers with low diacetyl and a very crisp, clean end palate. Forms a firm foam head and presents a very good ability to stay in suspension during fermentation. This strain is very close to Wyeast 1056 and White Labs WLP001 and can be used as a substitute. 

Beer Styles: Altbier, Amber Ale, Barley Wine, EBS, Brown Ale, Cream Ale, India Pale Ale, Kolsch Style, Pale Ale, Porter, Stout, and American Style Wheat beers. 

Fermentation temp : 54-77 F / [59-71] F ideally

Attenuation : 75% - 80%
