Fresh Chilean Juices

Availability of these products corresonds to the South American grape harvest. Preorders for the 2027 harvest will open in March.
Chilean Juices come in 6 gallon buckets and are fresh juice and need to be refrigerated or made into wine immediately.  While we can't predict exactly when they are coming into stock from Chile, they typically arrive the middle April. 

Our staff will offer any guidance that you need including yeast selection, oak selection as well as any other recommended additives.
