Your kit may appear changed but only on the outside. It has been refined by Winexpert to be better in a smaller package. Your kit has been reduced from 8L to 7.5L and continues to make a 6 Gallon batch (23 L) yielding approximately 28-30 standard 750 ml bottles.

Aging helps its flavors come together and softens youthful edges without requiring a lengthy wait. Begin sampling toward the earlier end of the range. Once it tastes balanced, further aging is optional and may gradually trade fresh fruit character for a more mature profile.
