Flavor Profile
This maltier cream ale features a deep golden hue and a well-rounded body, thanks to a carefully selected grain bill. Brewer’s Malt (2-Row) provides a clean, crisp base, while Vienna Malt adds a light toastiness that enhances depth. A touch of Honey Malt lends delicate honey-like sweetness, complementing the soft, grainy notes of Flaked Corn for a traditional cream ale smoothness.
Mild, floral Saaz Hops contribute gentle bitterness to balance the malt complexity without overpowering the beer’s drinkability. Fermented with a clean ale yeast, this beer finishes crisp with a refreshing character, making it an excellent choice for those who enjoy a lighter-bodied yet flavorful brew.
Perfect for all-grain brewers looking to create a malt-balanced cream ale with a refined sweetness, this cream ale beer kit provides high-quality ingredients for a satisfying homebrew experience.
