With 5 lbs. of Light Malt Extract, you lay the foundation for a robust body, while 1 lb. of Munich Malt and 1 lb. of Caramel (20L) Malt add layers of complexity and depth. The star of the show, 1 lb. of Honey Malt, infuses your beer with a delicate honey flavor and aroma, complemented by the addition of 1 lb. of Clover Honey, which enhances the sweetness and rounds out the profile.
Your hop blend is where the magic truly happens. With 2 oz. of Cascade Hops, 1 oz. of Centennial Hops, and 1 oz. of Citra Hops, you’ll introduce intense citrus, floral, and tropical flavors that will make your taste buds sing. The finish is slightly sweet and highly refreshing, leaving you with a lingering desire for just one more sip.
