This is a specialty yeast selected for the fermentation of wheat beers. Produces subtle estery and phenolic notes that are normally associated with wheat beers. Great for crafting beers with high drinkability and also has a great ability to remain in suspension during fermentation.

Beer Styles: Weizen Bier, and Witbier. 

Fermentation temp : 54-77 F / [64-75] F ideally

Attenuation : 81% - 86%

Flocculation : Low (slight haze)
