Safbrew S-33 is the new yeast on the block. It is proving itself over and over as one of the new fast start yeasts for you brewers in a hurry. Safbrew S-33 Dry brewing yeast is suggested for use in Ales, Wheat, and Trappist beers. You can push this yeast all the way up to 11.5% alcohol content. Works best between the temperature of 59 To 68 degrees F. Very floral aroma and hints of fruit.
Fermentation temp : 54-77 F / [59-68] F ideally
Attenuation : 65% - 70%
Flocculation : Low (leaves a powdery haze)
