Your brewing adventure begins with 5 lbs of Pale Malt (2-Row) and 4 lbs of White Wheat Malt, forming the backbone of this delightful concoction. These malts lay the foundation for a smooth and balanced body, while 1 lb of Flaked Oats adds a creamy texture that elevates the mouthfeel to celestial heights. As you continue, you'll introduce 1 oz of Orange Peel and 0.5 oz of Coriander Seeds, both added in the last 10 minutes of the boil. These adjuncts infuse your brew with a vibrant citrus zest and a whisper of spice, creating a flavor profile that's as intriguing as a moonlit night.
To round out this stellar brew, 1 oz of Hallertau Mittelfrüh Hops is added at the 60-minute mark, imparting a gentle bitterness that perfectly balances the sweetness of the malts. The final touch is a packet of Lallemand Wit Brewing Yeast, which works its magic to ferment your creation into a true Belgian-style masterpiece.
