Next, you'll introduce a layer of complexity with 1 lb. of Victory Malt and 1 lb. of Brewers Pale Malt. These are the woodwinds of your ensemble, adding depth and richness that echo the dark fruit character of Belgian styles.

But what's an orchestra without a bit of drama? Enter the 8 oz. of Caramel Malt 60L and 8 oz. of Carapils Malt. These are your brass instruments, adding a touch of sweetness and a hint of caramel that will make your taste buds dance.

Finally, the hops. 3 oz. of Amarillo Hops, 3 oz. of Columbus Hops, and 1 oz. of Warrior Hops. These are the percussion of your beer orchestra, providing a punch of bitterness that perfectly balances the sweetness of the malts. They're the grand finale, the crescendo that leaves your audience - or in this case, your taste buds - begging for more.
