Flavor Description:
No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problem Extra Pale Ale Beer Kit – All Grain is your invitation to craft a light, crisp, and highly drinkable ale with a clean malt foundation perfect for summer afternoons. You’ll build a subtle bready backbone with Brewers 2-Row and Vienna malts that lays the groundwork for balance and refreshment. A touch of Caramel 10L and Honey Malt brings gentle sweetness, rounding the body with a hint of warm, toasty honey notes without overwhelming the palate. The hop schedule showcases Amarillo for firm but approachable bitterness, Cascade for classic floral and citrus mid-notes, and Citra for that unmistakable punch of bright, juicy grapefruit and lime in the finish. Fermented with SafAle US-05 for a clean, neutral profile that lets the malt character and citrus-forward hops shine, you’ll end up with a brilliantly clear, straw-colored ale that finishes dry and refreshing. Ideal if you want an easygoing session beer that delivers complexity in flavor without heaviness, this kit lets you brew a beer designed for sunshine, slow afternoons, and uncomplicated good times.
