This all-grain kit allows you to create a brew with a delightful blend of malt character and hop subtlety, perfect for any beer enthusiast seeking a sessionable, yet flavorful ale.

Flavor Profile: Rusty Tricycle Red Ale offers a deep, caramel sweetness that comes from the 60L Caramel Malt, perfectly balanced with hints of biscuit from the Aromatic Munich Malt. The addition of Roasted Barley provides a subtle touch of roasted flavor, adding depth to the brew without overwhelming the palate. The low bitterness (IBU: 26) from Willamette and Fuggle hops ensures a smooth, easy-drinking experience, with just enough hop presence to round out the malt profile. With an ABV of approximately 3.8%, this red ale is light enough for multiple pints without losing its character.

Quality Ingredients: This kit includes high-quality ingredients like 5 lbs of Brewers 2-Row Malt as your base malt, ensuring a solid foundation for the other flavors to shine. The specialty malts, including Caramel Malt 60L, Aromatic Munich Malt, and Roasted Barley, bring complexity and richness to your brew. The selected hops, Willamette and Fuggle, are known for their mild bitterness and subtle earthy and herbal notes that enhance the overall balance. You’ll also get SafAle US-05 yeast, a clean, well-attenuating yeast strain that promotes crisp fermentation with minimal fruity esters.

A Perfect Brew for Any Occasion: Rusty Tricycle Red Ale is perfect for when you’re looking to enjoy a beer with big, bold flavor without the heavy impact of high alcohol content. Its approachable nature makes it an excellent choice for craft beer newcomers or seasoned homebrewers alike.

Craft your own batch of Rusty Tricycle Red Ale and enjoy a smooth, flavorful brew that you can proudly call your own.
