Global Vintners Wine Conditioner 5-gallon is a sweetener with a stabilizer; add to taste, 1-4 oz per gallon to increase sweetness. While the Wine Conditioner has a stabilizer in it, we still recommend that Potassium Sorbate be added prior to adding the Wine Conditioner just in case the yeast is still very active. This will prevent renewed fermentation.
