"02-05-17: I use this lid when fermenting. I also have a plastic sheet covering the top of the bucket held snugly with an elastic. This lid protects your fermentor while wort is working – a must have item. Email me (philsaun44 at gmail.com) for my complete beer making procedure which is online.
