Introducing Finer Wine Kits’ latest and greatest innovation: The Ultima Series, a revolutionary limited edition wine kit that will bring your wines to unparalleled heights. They can only be purchased via preorder and only a small quantity will be produced. 

Your kit combines Finer Wine Kits' signature non ultra pasteurized concentrates with juice from freshly crushed grapes! If that were not enough, it also includes the varietal fresh skins from the actual pressing. The Ultima Series really brings the vineyard into your home, achieving flavors and aromas that are only possible with the inclusion of fresh grapes. Finer Wine Kits Ultima Series is the ultimate wine kit.

The Ultima Series produces wines that were never possible with traditional wine kits.  Get in on the ground floor and experience the future of high end limited edition wine kits today. 

Production will correspond with the California grape harvest and you can expect delivery in November. Since production is very labor intensive and this is the first year the Ultima Series is being offered, there is a cap on the total number of wine kits. Once the pre order quota is reached, orders will be closed until next year’s harvest. 

Due to the volume of skins and the price point, the Ultima Series are 3-gallon wine kits. This will enable you to utilize a 7.9-gallon fermenter. Since they are also only available in single varietals, you can purchase 2 different varietals more affordably if you want to blend to make a standard 6-gallon batch. If you want to ferment two kits together you will need a 10-gallon fermenter.
