Ultima, Limited Release
The Finer Wine Kits Ultima Series represents the pinnacle of home winemaking. Each limited-release kit combines winery-grade varietal concentrate with freshly crushed grapes, juice, and fresh varietal skins from the 2026 California harvest. This professional approach delivers exceptional concentration, authentic harvest character, complex structure, and the aging potential expected from an elite, cellar-worthy red wine.
Each Ultima kit produces approximately 3 gallons, or 15 bottles, at 14% ABV. Make a single varietal or combine two kits to create a traditional 6-gallon batch or your own proprietary blend. Produced only in small quantities during harvest, every Ultima kit must be reserved by preorder.
Pre-Orders are now open for the 2026 harvest. The deadline is September 7. We expect your wine kits to ship in early November.
