Please note: This is an agricultural product and must be cooked or fermented before consumption. Bladders are stored cold and shipped in insulated packaging. You must use the concentrate immediately upon receipt or refrigerate (max 38°F) or freeze it for later use. Before taking a hydrometer reading, ensure the concentrate is vigorously stirred until completely dissolved.
