Aging Guidelines for This Wine Kit
Recommended aging: 1 to 6 months after completing the winemaking process. This wine is designed for approachable, everyday enjoyment. Aging helps its flavors come together and softens youthful edges without requiring a lengthy wait. Begin sampling toward the earlier end of the range. Once it tastes balanced, further aging is optional and may gradually trade fresh fruit character for a more mature profile.
Overall rating: 5.0 / 5 from 7 reviews.

"I haven’t finished making the current and most recent purchase. I have made this in the past. It’s best after aging at least 90 days. Smooth mellow flavor. Highly recommended."
