California Grenache Grapes

It is recommended that 1 lug be used to yield 2 Gallons of finished wine. Therefore, 3 lugs are needed to yield a 6 gallon batch.

Fresh California Grapes come in 36 # lugs on a refrigerated truck from Lodi California and must be picked up immediately. Proper notice will be provided prior to arrival, estimated to be the first to second week  of October. We have experimented with a wide variety of Fresh Grape Suppliers out of the Lodi Region of California and have found that the F. Colavita & Sons provide the highest quality grapes in the Industry. We have been exclusively ordering Fresh Grapes from F. Colavita & Sons for nearly two decades with personal satisfaction as consumers and great feedback from our customers.

Fresh Grapes from California do not come with any additives or yeast for the winemaking process but we stock all of the additives and yeast that you will need and offer free testing of Acidity, PH, Brix (Sugar) Levels as well as free guidance as to what should be used including yeast selection to make the best wine a Vintner can make.
