Italian Barbera Juice

Barbera: vivid hue of red which characterizes full fruity flavors. This wine has a minimal amount of tannins which means it will not be astringent. Taste perception can vary from fresh cherry to a plumy boldness. If aged, this wine can have a touch of spiciness.

We will be taking pre-orders for this Italian Juice and expect them to come in the first to second week of October! Please note if you need anything that is not a pre-order item, please place a separate order for those items if you need them prior to the juice coming in from Italy.

Fresh Juices come in 6 Gallon Plastic Buckets (Pails) on a refrigerated truck, and must be picked up from our store. Proper notice will be provided prior to arrival. 

Juice's do not come with any additives or yeast for the winemaking process, but we do stock all of the additives and yeasts that you will need. Free testing of Acidity, PH, Brix (Sugar) Levels as well as free guidance on what should be used including yeast selection to make the best wine a Vintner can make.
