This kit includes 12 lbs of Pure, Local Honey, a Lalvin K1V-1116 Yeast, Sodium Metabisulphite and Potassium Sorbate to stabilize, a clarifying agent, and instructions.
This kit is great for people just getting into mead making and has been stripped down to the basics. After stabilizing you can choose to add any sort of fruit juices or hops to taste.
