These juice bladders are the same size used in our Forte series and are shipped cold in insulated packaging to protect their freshness. They must be used upon arrival or refrigerated (max 38°F) or frozen immediately. Since this is a raw agricultural product, it must be fermented or cooked before consumption.

Looking to make a 6-gallon batch? Your starting SG should be 1.100-1.110. Be sure to vigorously stir until fully dissolved before taking a hydrometer reading. You can also use this concentrate to extend fresh grape must or boost wines made from low-sugar grapes or juice buckets that lack body and structure.
