These bladders are the same size as those in our Forte series and are cold-stored and shipped in insulated packaging to maintain their quality. Upon receipt, store them in the freezer or under refrigeration at or below 38°F. This is a raw agricultural product and must be cooked or fermented before consumption. Stir thoroughly to ensure the concentrate is fully dissolved before taking your starting gravity reading—target SG: 1.100–1.110.
