How to Make a 5-Gallon Batch

Measure 7.33 lbs of Vintner’s Best® Slushy Mix into a 6-gallon mixing container.
Add 2 gallons (10 standard 750 ml bottles) of your preferred wine. Flavoring is optional but recommended for creative variations!
Add 1.8 gallons of quality water.
Mix well and freeze or add to your commercial wine slushy machine.
