Aging Guidelines for This Wine Kit
Recommended aging: 1 to 6 months after completing the winemaking process. This wine is designed for approachable, everyday enjoyment. Aging helps its flavors come together and softens youthful edges without requiring a lengthy wait. Begin sampling toward the earlier end of the range. Once it tastes balanced, further aging is optional and may gradually trade fresh fruit character for a more mature profile.
Overall rating: 4.9 / 5 from 32 reviews.

Label problem
"The Diablo Roja was fine as usual. I note that all the generic red wine labels I have used do not stick very well. This has only been a problem with this particular label."

Great Wine
"This is a great wine. I just bottled this yesterday. As a sampling, my wife and I opened a bottle, and we both love the smell and the taste of this wine. At first I thought this was going to be too sweet, but it turned out GREAT!"
