Your kit may appear changed but only on the outside. It has been refined by Winexpert to be better in a smaller package. Your kit has been reduced from 8L to 7.5L and continues to make a 6 Gallon batch (23 L) yielding approximately 28-30 standard 750 ml bottles.

"I like to think white wine matures in 12-18 months after start of fermentation. Not always so. I recently shared a bottle of this wine with friends, which is now 36 months old. I was amazed how much it had improved since last time I tasted it. I have been making wine for 8 years but still feel like a beginner. There is always a new surprise around the next bend..."
