Unlike ultra-pasteurized concentrates, this juice retains its integrity and flavor, offering serious home winemakers a more authentic and customizable foundation. It’s ideal if you already have your own additives and want to manage acid balance and fermentation your way.

You can choose to enhance your batch with options for unprocessed grape skins and seeds, adding real depth, structure, and natural tannins to your finished wine. These bladders are the same size used in our Tavola series, and because they come without additives, you’re not paying for products you don’t need. That’s better for your wine—and better for the environment.

Bladders are stored cold and shipped in insulated packaging to preserve freshness. Upon receipt, use immediately or store in the refrigerator (max 38°F) or freezer. This is an agricultural product and must be cooked or fermented before consumption.

To make a 6-gallon batch, your starting specific gravity (SG) should fall between 1.090–1.100. Make sure the concentrate is completely dissolved before taking your hydrometer reading. Stir vigorously for accuracy.
