The juice is an agricultural product and must be fermented or cooked before consumption. Your bladder is stored cold, shipped in insulated packaging, and must be used upon arrival or kept refrigerated (max 38°F) or frozen. Before measuring specific gravity, make sure the concentrate is completely dissolved and vigorously stirred for accurate hydrometer readings.
