If you’re looking to make a 6-gallon batch, your starting SG should be 1.090–1.100. This concentrate is also perfect for boosting sugar and structure in low-Brix fresh grapes or light-bodied juice buckets, helping you maximize yield and elevate wine quality.

Important: This is an agricultural product and must be cooked or fermented before consuming. Use immediately upon receipt, or refrigerate at a maximum of 38°F, or freeze. Stir vigorously until completely dissolved before taking a hydrometer reading.
