Your Label Peelers Founders Porter Clone - Extract Original Beer Kit never sits on a shelf. Your grains are crushed to order. Your ingredients are packed fresh and you don't pay for a flashy box. It's all about providing you with the freshest ingredients for you to make your best beer.

The Founders Porter Clone Beer Kit - All Grain offers you a rich and velvety smooth experience, inspired by the renowned Founders Porter. This kit allows you to craft a robust porter that delights your palate with flavors of roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and caramel, all balanced by a mild hop bitterness. As you brew, you'll appreciate the complexity brought by the carefully selected malts. The 9.5 lbs of Pale Malt (2-Row) form the backbone of your brew, providing a solid base for the other flavors to shine. The 1 lb of Chocolate Malt and 0.5 lbs of Black Patent Malt contribute to the deep, dark chocolate notes, while the 0.5 lbs of Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L adds a touch of sweetness reminiscent of caramel. The 0.25 lbs of Roasted Barley enhances the roasted coffee undertones, creating a harmonious blend of flavors.

Your brewing process is further enriched by the hop selection. The 1 oz of Nugget Hops, added at the 60-minute mark, imparts a subtle bitterness that perfectly balances the malt sweetness. As you near the end of your boil, the 1 oz of Willamette Hops, added at 15 minutes, introduces a gentle, earthy aroma that complements the rich malt profile. To bring it all together, the SAFALE S-04 Dry Ale Yeast ensures a clean fermentation, allowing the complex flavors to develop fully. This yeast is known for its ability to enhance the malt character, making it an ideal choice for your porter.

With the Founders Porter Clone Beer Kit, you have everything you need to create a beer that is both rich in flavor and smooth in texture. Whether you're a seasoned brewer or new to the craft, this kit provides you with the opportunity to explore the intricate balance of flavors that make a robust porter so enjoyable.
