All Grain Kit

Grain:
8lbs Pilsner
1lb Wheat Malt
0.5lb Carapils
0.5lb Cane Sugar

Hops:
1oz Lemondrop - First Wort
1oz Lemondrop - 30 mins
1oz Lemondrop - Flameout

Yeast:
Either White Labs 670-American Farmhouse of Safale BE-134

Specs:
OG - 1.051
FG - 1.002
Abv - 6.4%
IBU - 32

Mash:
1.25qt/lb of grain @ 150 degrees for 60 minutes.
Fly sparge with 170 degree water to collect 7 gallons of wort. The first wort hops should be placed in a mesh hop bag in the kettle when sparging starts.

Boil:
90 minute boil
Add in sugar as water comes up to temp after sparging is complete.
Add 1oz Irish moss at 15 minutes

Ferment:
Chill to 80 degrees and pitch yeast. Ferment warm (anywhere from 70 degrees and up is good, but even up to 90 degrees is good, helps create more esters and dry out the beer even more).
Allow 2 weeks for fermentation and then keg or bottle (using carbonation drops worked great for the few bottles I did)
