Description
Your Blue Ribbon Apple Cobbler Ale draws on amber and dark dry malt extracts plus a grain bill of Bonlander Munich, American Honey Malt, Brown Caramel Malt, Biscuit Malt, and Caramel Munich Malt to build a deep caramel backbone with toasted graham and crust notes. Czech Saaz hops at 60 and 20 minutes supply a gentle bitterness that keeps the finish clean, while 32 oz. of apple concentrate and 4 oz. of graham flavoring extract add orchard fruit and dessert-like complexity. SafAle US-05 ferments cleanly so the malt and fruit character stays forward.
Your Blue Ribbon Apple Cobbler Ale kit never sits on a shelf. Your grains are crushed to order, your ingredients are packed fresh, and you don't pay for a flashy box. It's all about giving you the freshest ingredients to make your best beer.
