Crafted with precision and passion, the Rye Hard West Coast Rye Ale is a beer that dares to be different. It starts with a generous helping of rye in the specialty grains, infusing the brew with a spicy and peppery character that sets it apart from the crowd. Imagine the warmth of a crackling campfire on a cool evening, with each sip delivering a delightful kick of flavor.
To balance out the rye's boldness, we've added Crystal 80L malt to bring a touch of sweetness and a beautiful reddish hue to the ale. This malt adds depth and complexity, like a sunset painting the sky with vibrant colors. It's the perfect balance between the fiery rye and the soothing sweetness, creating a harmonious symphony of flavors.
But don't be fooled by its smoothness; this ale packs a punch! Thanks to the abundance of late hop additions, you'll experience an explosion of hop flavor with every sip. The combination of Nugget, Chinook, Amarillo, and Columbus hops creates a tantalizing dance on your palate. Picture yourself surfing the waves of flavor, with each hop variety adding its own unique twist to the experience.
