The WLP4641 White Labs Amalgamation II Brettanomyces Blend Liquid Ale Yeast Next Generation is a unique blend of 5 Brettanomyces bruxellensis isolates, designed to bring out the best qualities of each isolate. This beer yeast blend is perfect for creating a wide range of flavors, from the lemon tart and restrained funk of the Beersel isolates and TYB184, to the SweeTarts™ character of TYB207, and the tropical bouquet of pineapple, guava, mango and papaya esters of TYB261. With a high alcohol tolerance of 10-15% and a fermentation temperature range of 70° - 80° F (21° - 27° C), this yeast blend is versatile and robust. It's perfect for brewing Belgian Pale Ale, Brett IPA, Lambic, and Wild Specialty Beer. The low flocculation ensures a clear, clean beer with a smooth finish.
