Cryo Hops were developed by Yakima Chief Hops to maximize hop flavor and aroma while improving brewing efficiency. Freshly kilned hop cones are processed using a proprietary cryogenic separation method that isolates the lupulin glands from much of the leafy bract material before pelletizing.
