Your Cow Tippers Anonymous Milk Stout Label Peelers Original Extract Beer Kit never sits on a shelf. Your grains are crushed to order. Your ingredients are packed fresh and you don't pay for a flashy box. It's all about providing you with the freshest ingredients for you to make your best beer.

The Cow Tippers Anonymous Milk Stout is a decadent and indulgent beer kit that invites you to create a smooth, creamy, and rich stout at home. This milk stout offers a delightful blend of roasted coffee, deep chocolate, and caramel flavors, balanced by a velvety finish courtesy of lactose sugar. The result is a full-bodied beer with a slight sweetness, perfect for those who appreciate a well-crafted dark brew.

With an ABV of 6.0% and a moderate IBU of 18, this stout strikes a harmonious balance between sweetness and bitterness. The beer’s deep, dark hue is enhanced by a high SRM of 44, making it visually as enticing as it is flavorful. The original gravity of 1.064 and final gravity of 1.016 ensure a beer that retains its richness without being overly heavy.

The Cow Tippers Anonymous Milk Stout offers an array of flavors that come together in a symphony of indulgence. The chocolate malt (350L) brings a roasted, slightly bitter chocolate taste, while the roasted barley (300L) deepens the stout’s coffee-like flavor. The caramel malt (60L) rounds out the profile, adding a touch of sweetness and richness. The inclusion of lactose sugar (milk sugar) during the brewing process lends a creamy, smooth texture that enhances the overall mouthfeel and offers a gentle sweetness that complements the darker, roasted notes.

The Fuggle hops, added during the boil, provide a mild bitterness to balance the sweetness without overpowering the delicate malt flavors. The yeast, Safale S-04, ensures a clean fermentation, allowing the rich malt profile to shine through.

This beer kit contains all the high-quality ingredients you need to brew your own milk stout at home. The dry malt extract (DME) serves as a solid base for the beer, while the specialty grains provide complexity and depth. The hops, yeast, and lactose sugar come together to create a brewing experience that’s as enjoyable as the beer itself.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced homebrewer, Cow Tippers Anonymous Milk Stout is a fun and rewarding kit to brew. It’s perfect for those evenings when you want to relax with a smooth, slightly sweet stout that offers rich, layered flavors.
