Your ingredients are packed fresh and you don't pay for a flashy box. It's all about providing you with the freshest ingredients for you to make your best beer.

Craft your own light lager with the Featherweight Champion Light Lager Beer Kit, designed for brewers who appreciate quality and balance. This all-grain kit features a precise blend of ingredients to deliver a beer that’s light on the palate yet rich in flavor.

With a modest ABV of approximately 4.2% and an IBU of 23, this lager is perfect for any occasion when you want a beer that refreshes without overpowering. The pilsner malt serves as the backbone of the beer, offering subtle, bready flavors that create a smooth, clean base. A touch of light Munich malt adds depth and a delicate sweetness, balancing the malt character while maintaining the beer’s crispness.

The hops play a supporting role, providing a mild, noble hop bitterness. The Hallertau hops, added early in the boil, contribute a clean bitterness that enhances the malt profile without overshadowing it. The Tettnang hops, added later in the process, introduce a hint of spice and floral notes that add complexity without detracting from the lager’s refreshing character.

Fermented with SafLager W-34/70 yeast, this lager maintains a clean fermentation profile, which enhances its crisp finish and makes it an ideal choice for those seeking a smooth and easy-drinking beer. With a final gravity of 1.007, the Featherweight Champion Light Lager boasts a light body, making it the perfect thirst-quencher after a long day.

This kit is perfect for those new to all-grain brewing or seasoned brewers looking for a reliable, refreshing beer. Enjoy the balance and quality of this well-crafted lager, designed to be light in body but full in flavor.
