Your Infinity IPA Label Peelers Original Extract Kit never sits on a shelf. Your grains are crushed to order. Your ingredients are packed fresh and you don't pay for a flashy box. It's all about providing you with the freshest ingredients for you to make your best beer.
The Infinity IPA Beer Kit - Extract offers a balanced fusion of West Coast brightness and East Coast harmony, making it a great choice for homebrewers looking to create a distinctive IPA. With a ~7.0% ABV and an IBU of ~65, this beer delivers an engaging and well-rounded hop profile that is both aromatic and refreshing.
The base malt is crafted with 7 lbs of Pale DME (Dry Malt Extract), providing a light, crisp backbone that allows the hops to shine. Complementing this are 1.5 lbs of Pilsner Malt, which adds a subtle sweetness and delicate grain character, enhancing the overall balance of the beer.
The hops in this kit are carefully chosen for their vibrant and complex flavors:
- Columbus hops (added at 60 minutes) impart a bold, piney bitterness to the brew, setting the foundation for the hop-forward profile.
- Mt. Hood hops (added at 15 minutes) bring a mild floral note that gently smooths out the bitterness, while adding a touch of herbal aroma.
- Citra hops (added at 5 minutes) introduce a citrus burst of grapefruit and lime zest, adding a refreshing complexity to the finish.
- The dry-hopping with Cascade hops delivers a burst of floral and citrus notes, providing the signature IPA aroma that is both inviting and lively.
The American Ale Yeast included in the kit helps create a clean fermentation profile, letting the hop flavors take center stage while contributing to a well-attenuated beer with a crisp finish.
This beer kit is perfect for hop enthusiasts who appreciate the balance between vibrant citrus and floral notes with a solid, drinkable body. The Infinity IPA Beer Kit - Extract allows you to create a quality beer at home, offering a craft brew experience that's easy to make and full of flavor.
