Your Sequoia’s Celebration Ale Clone All Grain Beer Kit never sits on a shelf. Your grains are crushed to order. Your ingredients are packed fresh and you don't pay for a flashy box. It's all about providing you with the freshest ingredients for you to make your best beer.
Sequoia’s Celebration Ale Clone Beer Kit is a carefully crafted all-grain brewing experience that brings the bold, piney, and citrusy hop character of Sierra Nevada’s iconic Celebration Ale to your home. Designed for brewers who appreciate rich, balanced flavors, this beer kit combines the best ingredients to deliver a festive brew with a robust malt backbone and a refreshing hop-forward taste.
With a 6.8% ABV and an IBU of 65, Sequoia’s Celebration Ale boasts a bold flavor profile that will transport you to the heart of the holidays. The carefully chosen blend of Cascade and Centennial hops imparts a bright citrus aroma with hints of pine, creating a sharp yet pleasant bitterness that is perfectly balanced by the malt sweetness.
The malt bill is a harmonious mix of 10 lbs of Brewers 2-Row Malt for a clean, smooth base, 1 lb of Caramel/Crystal 60 Malt for a touch of sweetness and color, and 1.5 lbs of Munich Malt, which provides a rich, bready depth to the brew. These malts come together to form a well-rounded, medium-bodied ale that is neither too heavy nor too light.
Brewing this kit results in an amber-hued beer (SRM of 11) with a flavor that’s both complex and approachable. The malt sweetness, reminiscent of caramel, complements the lively hop bitterness, making it a satisfying choice for any occasion. Whether you're enjoying it after a long day or sharing it with friends, Sequoia’s Celebration Ale will warm you from the inside out, with a finish that's crisp, clean, and inviting.
