"I use this for kombucha prep - no mold issues or funny taste. You only need a little bit of it and no rinsing needed. It's a lot easier than boiling everything, let me tell you! FYI, the One Step container broke during shipping (seriously, how hard did the mailman have to hit the box to break plastic that thick!?!) and Label Peelers sent me a new one immediately. Great customer service."
