"***redact to previous review Sad Experience** I wish I could undo my review, because it turns out I'm the jerk. Customer service here was fantastic, forgiving, and kind, despite my filing a request to reissue the WRONG ORDER NUMBER. I received a fast replacement of the wrong order number that I provided to them. The owner reached out to me today to explain why I was sent what I was sent, declined me sending back the pieces they replaced due to my error, and sent out the correct order I actually needed replaced. Bad reviews are costly to a business and I regret that I didn't follow up on this more efficiently or be more diligent in sending the correct information the first time before leaving a bad review. This company operates top notch, consistently, and extends courtesy even when none is warranted. Apologies, again, to Label Peelers."
Sad experience
"Two of my four jars arrived broken. That’s fine, it happens. I had two orders with them back to back. The first time I called I left a message and did not have my order number but described the order. The second time I called with my order number. They replaced the wrong order. Sent the wrong item as replacement. When I called to leave yet another voicemail to get the problem fixed…crickets. Now I have extra jugs I don’t need, two broken jars I do need, and product I can’t put on the floor because we’re on a budget and I can’t afford to buy more jars I should have gotten already. Sad dealings with them. I‘ll find my glass elsewhere."

Great jars but get the lids at the same time
"Nice big solid jars but know that regular wide mouth jar lids do not fit these jars. I search the internet for lids and just wasn’t able to find lids that I was sure would fit, so I had to order from here and pay shipping again. Also not very happy to see a 4 pack available at quite a few dollars less per jar than when I bought a few days ago. Otherwise arrived very quickly and packed very well."
