"The wrong bung was sent with my kit. The problem was remedied promptly when I contacted the company though and communication was prompt and helpful. I mistakenly thought everything I needed to make the wine kit would be included with the equipment kit and was disappointed to find that I needed to make several additional purchases to have everything I needed as a first time wine maker. The items that were included are quality and seemingly will last through many wine making endeavors."
