Keeping bacteria infections from happening in your homebrew is one of the most important actions you can take, and using the Twin Bubble Lock is a great way to do it. Twin Bubble Lock is an economical choice and a favorite of many brewers. Adding a few granules of sanitizer or drops of liquid sanitizer to the water you add to your Twin Bubble Lock is an extra step of protection that we encourage. This airlock if favorable in environments that experience changes in temps due to its ability to bubble backwards as opposed to sucking in the airlock water.
