Your Red Headed Rampage Red Ale is the perfect beer kit for all your malt and hop needs! This kit features a delicious blend of 6 lbs. Light Dry Malt Extract, 8 oz. Crystal Malt (60L), 8 oz. 2-Row Barley, 4 oz. Roasted Barley, 1 oz. Fuggles Hops (Bittering), 1 oz. East Kent Goldings Hops (Aroma), 1 Yeast Energizer / Irish Moss Combo Pack and 1 pkg. Dry Ale Yeast. Redheaded Rampage is a balanced, full-bodied beer with a malty backbone, nuanced hop flavor and a smooth finish. Ingredients   

- 6 lbs. Light Dry Malt Extract
- 8 oz. Crystal Malt (60L)
- 8 oz. 2-Row Barley
- 4 oz. Roasted Barley
- 1 oz. Fuggles Hops (Bittering)
- 1 oz. East Kent Goldings Hops (Aroma)
- 1 Yeast Energizer / Irish Moss Combo Pack
- 1 pkg. Dry Ale Yeast

Hop Schedule 

- 1 oz. Fuggles Hops (Bittering) - Boil for 60 minutes
- 1 oz. East Kent Goldings Hops (Aroma) - Boil for 15 minutes

Instruction 

1. Begin by heating 3 gallons of water to 155°F in a large pot.

2. Place the specialty grains in a grain bag and steep in the hot water for 30 minutes.

3. Remove the grain bag and discard the grains.

4. Add the 6 lbs. of Light Dry Malt Extract and stir until fully dissolved and bring to a boil.

5. Add one ounce of Fuggle Hops and begin your 60 min boil, stirring occasionally.

6. With 15 mins remaing, add 1 oz. of East Kent Goldings Hops Yeast Energizer / Irish Moss Combo and boil for an additional 15 minutes.

7. Remove from heat and cool the wort to 70°F.

8. Transfer the wort to a fermenter and add enough cold water to make 5 gallons.

9. Pitch the yeast and ferment at 68°F for 7-10 days.

10. Bottle or keg the beer and enjoy!
