Premium-quality fresh California grapes are available in half-ton quantities. Pricing does not include crushing, destemming, or pressing, allowing you to pay a lower price if you have the equipment and capacity to process the grapes yourself. These services are available as optional add-ons for a small additional charge.

Your grapes will arrive on a refrigerated truck from Lodi, California, with delivery currently estimated for late September. Advance notice will be provided before delivery. For your convenience, refrigerated storage is available to keep your grapes fresh until you can pick them up.

Fresh California grapes do not include winemaking yeast or additives. You can find all the yeast, nutrients, additives, and supplies needed for fermentation at Label Peelers. Free acidity, pH, and Brix testing is also available, along with personalized guidance on necessary adjustments and yeast selection to help you produce the best wine possible.

These are seasonal, and preorders correspond to their respective harvest seasons. Look for California and Italian products in late summer (Northern Hemisphere harvest).
