Great smell
"Just got my American oak chips and just in time, started a 5 gallon batch of blueberry Saturday, and added 1/2 cup of oak to the primary, pitched the yeast Sunday, and it smells great today, can't wait to see how good it turns. Only bought 4 oz. this time but plan on buying a pound the next time I order something."
